Have you ever noticed how peoples' minds change over time? Sometimes this really bothers me. I bring this up because scientists keep changing daily food servings for "A healthier life". At one time, they said that meat was really good for you and that you should eat lots of it. Now they're saying that you shouldn't eat too much of it, or you might get a blood clot or have too much iron in your system.
Here's what I say to that: EAT. Humans have been eating food for ever since the very bigging our existence. We found out how to cook, clean, and ration our food without science and these foolish health pyramids. And guess what? We weren't fat or obese back then because instinct told us that if we got fat, we would die of food deprivation (because we would have been to heavy to go hunt for our food). The only real reasons that we need these guide lines is because of the chemicals we put in our food, not enough exercise, and the pure lack of self-restraint.
Kids get sick because they're lazy and are extremely picky when it comes to food. They don't like to wash their hands after they "go to the toilet" and they sure as heck don't like to anything besides pizza and chips. Do not be fooled. It is not because they are hydrophobic or have some sort of eating disorder. Rather, it is a direct result of their laziness and the belief that they should get whatever they want, which is becoming a more and more evident problem in our society with the younger generation.
If you are healthy, keep doing what you are doing. If your not, get primitive. You need to keep proactive so that you can get healthy and stay healthy. Eat food with common sense. You're not going to die if you only eat 1 or 2 hamburgers, and you don't need a whole platter of shrimp to fill your stomach. Eat in moderation and keep clean...

Obama!!!!!!!!
Yes we did!! Obama stomped McCain to the dust! 333 points to a measley 166 points! HA!! He never had a chance!
50 years from now, I can look back and say that I was apart of history. The oldest runner, the first black PRESIDENT, and a possible woman president. Who would have thought.
You cannot begin to comprehend the excitement and joy I feel right now. I get back to it later.
OBAMA, OABAMA, OBAMA!!!!!
